At Drapes by Tashvika, every piece is thoughtfully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. As a brand rooted in craftsmanship and trust, we maintain a transparent and structured return & refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our label.

By placing an order on www.drapesbytashvika.com you agree to the terms below.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Request Timeline
All return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, as marked by the courier partner.

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Compulsory)
A clear, continuous unboxing video is required for all claims.

  • The parcel must be shown sealed before opening.
  • The entire unboxing must be recorded in one continuous shot.
  • No cuts, edits, filters, or pauses.
  • Tags, labels, and packaging must be visible.

Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be processed.

Product Condition Requirements

Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Unaltered and in original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging intact
  • Free from stains, perfume, damage, or signs of wear

A valid Order ID / Invoice is mandatory.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products without unboxing proof
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Minor variations in color, weave, zari, or texture due to lighting, screen settings, or handcrafted nature

As many of our sarees are artisanal, slight irregularities are a part of their beauty — not defects.


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to internal quality verification.
  • Products may be exchanged for an item of equal or higher value (price difference payable before dispatch).
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving instructions.
  • Replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days after successful inspection.

Drapes by Tashvika reserves the right to decline exchanges in cases of repeated or suspicious requests.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Processing Timeline

  • 7–10 business days after inspection
  • In exceptional cases, up to 15 business days

Refund Mode

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
  • Shipping charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable

5. Return Verification & Approval

All returns undergo strict quality checks.
Items that fail inspection will be shipped back to the customer.

Drapes by Tashvika reserves the right to approve or decline any request based on video evidence and internal verification.


6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Liability, if applicable, is limited strictly to the value of the purchased product.


7. Final Decision Rights

Any misuse or manipulation of this policy will result in rejection of the request.
Drapes by Tashvika holds the final and binding authority on all return, refund, and exchange decisions.
